Memphis Rogues 2 - 0 Montreal Impact (League Match)

Rogues Celebrate Season Start With Win.

The Rogues and Impact come out of the Tunnel onto the pitch.
The Montreal Impact came to Mud Island Park to kick off the 2010-2011 NASL season, they went away with a tough loss. Montreal had many chances, with more shots than Memphis, but the Rogues converted on two opportunites for the difference. Nineteen minutes into the first half Rogue foward Sneed scored on a perfectly recieved breakaway pass.

The game see-sawed back and forth with Montreal several times pushing into the Memphis box. One shot even bounced off the post. The Rogues dodged trouble then very late in the second half O'Brian put away the insurance goal. It was a specatular sissor volley that rocketed into the left upper corner of the net.
